The Fernery Key features:

Luxury is highlighted throughout The Fernery from the internal design to the hot tub set amongst the tiered decking and garden area. Bedrooms
Master bedroom 1 is situated downstairs offering a particularly spacious, warm and light suite with a king size bed, open plan dressing area with feature twin basin unit. This bedroom also offers the privacy of a luxury spacious en-suite bathroom with feature roll top bath, walk in wet room shower, contemporary toilet and stylish basin with feature waterfall tap. 42" TV with DVD and Ruko Streaming Stick.
Master bedroom 2 - Upstairs, featuring a unique curving room with plenty of warmth and 5 windows boasting valley views. This perfectly appointed room offers another king size bed and ample wardrobes coupled with the luxury of a walk in 'wet room' with shower, modern basin and toilet. 32" TV with DVD and Ruko Streaming Stick.
Bedroom 3 - a spacious, double height bedroom with twin beds and ample storage, benefitting from views over the back garden and a large Velux window with blackout blinds, ensuring plenty of light and warmth. The family bathroom with bath, separate shower, modern toilet and basin can be accessed directly from bedroom 3 as an en-suite bathroom or as a family bathroom accessed from the upper hall.
Bedroom 4 - A characterful bedroom with high ceilings with twin beds, ideal for children.
Bathrooms
Family bathroom upstairs with freestanding bath with feature tap, basin, toilet and separate shower.
En-suite bathroom off the master bedroom 1 offering luxury facilities and contemporary style.
The wet room with basin and toilet is located off bedroom 2. All bathrooms feature heated towel rails.
In addition to the three bathrooms, The Fernery offers an accessible seaside themed downstairs WC.
Kitchen and Dining
A bespoke and inviting kitchen/dining area combines with the contemporary open plan living area. This thoughtfully designed area offers a well equipped kitchen with 2 seating areas, a breakfast bar and a large family dining area, American style fridge/freezer, blue range style cooker with 6 hobs and extractor hood, a dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility room - providing extra storage facilities and drying area. The dining area with table and chairs is perfectly positioned alongside the full length glass patio doors, perfect for absorbing the tranquil setting.
The Fernery also provides the added benefit of a large dining table and 8 chairs with parasol positioned on the sun trap patio area - a most desirable setting for al-fresco dining! Finally, located in the upper top garden, is another lovely seating and decked area with elevated, panoramic views over the beautiful tree covered Cairn.
Ground Floor Lounge
Exclusive open plan living area showcasing contemporary style and highlighting the sensational double height architectural design. This extremely spacious room welcomes you with glass bifolding patio doors stretching the entire width of the living area, encouraging the warmth and sunlight which is enjoyed throughout this wonderful property. This perfectly appointed area offers comfortable seating around the luxury leather settee positioned to absorb the relaxing views whilst sat alongside the feature log burner. The 42" Sony Bravia television offers all main Sky Freeview channels and a DVD player is also provided with Hi-Fi CD system. We also have an amazing AURA STUDIO Wireless Bluetooth Home Speaker System.
First Floor Lounge
Set on an open mezzanine above the lounge area is the galleried second lounge with 2 sofas (including sofa bed), TV, DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs and CDs to guest to enjoy. 42" Sony Bravia TV with DVD and Playstation 1 & 100's of DVDs to enjoy
Outside / Garden
The entrance to the property is particularly interesting and features a covered area which creates a true holiday feeling from the moment you step out of your car and start to relax! The Fernery's luxurious design is showcased both inside and throughout the private surroundings with the sun trap, south facing private raised patio surrounded by glass balustrades accessed via the sliding patio doors. This sung deck area offers plenty of seating and furniture for al-fresco dining.
To the rear of the property is the a tiered decking/garden area with private seating and sun bed providing the perfect place to chill out. Guests can also explore the other levels of the elevated garden offering additional seating alongside the character summerhouse - full of charm and warmth - is sure to be a favourite for many families, offering the perfect escape to wind down following an adventurous play on the wooden fort with climbing wall and swing. The upper garden level has panoramic valley views, and is a beautiful place to enjoy the bird song, swaying trees and ever changing sky.
The Fernery's secure double garage with remotely operated electric doors provides the perfect storage area for up to 2 cars and all your bikes and surfboards.
Additional Information
The setting of this breathtaking property offers a complete escape from daily life and the freedom to relax, all within easy access to the golden coastline with the UK's top beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough just a short drive away. The seclusion and magic of Lee Bay also offers another charming beach to enjoy or why not explore the rolling countryside of Exmoor on your doorstep. Ilfracombe's bustling harbour offers a range of boat trips and water sports and fine dining is also within easy reach. The Fernery looks out onto the North Devon's famous Tarka Trail cycle path and the stunning Southwest Coast Path is located to the rear of the property just up the hill. Please note the trampoline displayed on the website will not be available.

The Fernery offers plenty of off-road parking for 3 cars within the double garage and the driveway.
